• If you ask a question we already covered and say things like:
  "Sorry, I just got here," or
  "My house was on fire," or
  "Three of my family members just caught the virus from Outbreak,”
  I will live up to my Trustpilot rep and feel zero guilt.

• This is not customer service time.
  Yes, NTFY or your platform setup might be acting up.
  Yes, I’ll touch on setup.
  But your individual tech issues will not be solved today.

• Don’t announce if you have to leave early.
  We’re not taking attendance. Just quietly go.

• Ask questions only when prompted and stay on topic.
  This isn’t Reddit. It’s a focused training session.

• Do not DM, text, or Telegram Adam.
